About Us

Our 100+ Member Orchestra Program is staffed by 1 Full Time Director, 1 Shared Director, 12 Student Officers, and 6 Parent Booster Officers. This program wouldn't be the same without the countless number of hard-working, dedicated volunteers! Thank You!

Performing Groups

O'Connor HS has one of the largest Orchestra program in all of the Greater San Antonio Area. We have 4 Performing Groups that entertain at all of our concerts and 1 Chamber Ensemble that performs at special appearances through the school year.

Resources

There's many ways to get involved and develop skills with your instrument. Organizations like YOSA give students the opportunity to find home in a second orchestra outside of school with musicians from all around Greater San Antonio. More great resources lie within this tab!

Orchestra Boosters

Our dedicated group of parent volunteers and business partners help O'Connor run smoothly. They coordinate all the non-musical parts of operating an orchestra like fundraising and more! All parents are strongly encouraged to join!
